Refund policy

Exchange
Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days after the purchase date on your receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.

The new items chosen to in replacement, should be within the same Brand as the one you wish to return.

Food, sanitary goods, health and personal care items, cosmetics, underwear and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Procedure for online order exchange:

  1. Reply to the order confirmation email you received
  2. Give us the details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason
  3. Once approved, send your items to the address below(shipping cost apply)
  4. We will send you the new item(shipping cost apply)


Refunds 

In order to best support our small businesses and their artisans, refunds are not available at The Green Collective SG.


Shipping
To return your product, please send to: The Green Collective SG Pte Ltd, The Green Collective SG at 107 North Bridge Road, Funan Mall #02-18, 179105, Singapore

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item after the exchange has been approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for goods damaged or missing in transit. 

Payment Terms based on location

  • Within Singapore

    1. Only full payments accepted. No partial or post dated payments.
    2. Payments can be made by Credit Card, PayNow, Paypal or Internet Banking 
    3. All prices quoted on the website are in Singaporean dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Singaporean GST.
    4. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery postage. Customers can refer to the “Shipping & Delivery” section for the applicable rates. Shipping and delivery charges will be added upon check out if applicable.

  • Outside Singapore

    1. Only full payments are accepted. No partial or post dated payments.
    2. All prices quoted on the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Singapore GST.
    3. All prices are not inclusive of delivery charges to the country of destination. Refer to “Shipping & Delivery” for further details. The shipping and delivery charges will be added upon check out.
